At Powersheds, we want you to be completely satisfied with your garden building; if you are not, you can return your unused product within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure all components remain in their original packaging and are kept in a dry, secure location until collection.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team via email or our online portal with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization.

• 2.
  Prepare for Collection

  Ensure the shed or garden building is disassembled and securely packed on the original pallet, as our couriers can only collect items in their original delivered state.

• 3.
  Scheduled Pickup

  Once your return is approved, we will coordinate a collection date with our specialized logistics partner to pick up the item from your property.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After the item arrives back at our facility and passes a quality inspection, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
